Labor
Industrial Systems has managed and performed a large-scale cleaning contract since 2016 for one of the largest coal mines in the United States. The work includes pressure washing, Vac truck work and general cleaning. We service this contract with over $1 million worth of equipment and 34 employees seven days a week. We have had zero lost time injuries during the length of this contract.
Welding
Industrial Systems has a national contract to rebuild D10 and D11 track frames with two major mining companies. We rebuild all of their track frames in a state of the art welding and fabrication facility in Gillette, Wyoming. We have completed over 160 track frames under this contract since 2019 without a single warranty claim.
Oil & Gas Services
In 2019, Industrial Systems completed a large-scale, $1 million dollar coal to natural gas conversion in Montana for one of the largest oil and gas companies in the world. The project included removing old boilers and installing state-of-the-art equipment to generate power with natural gas. We supplied the engineering, 25 employees and the equipment required to successfully complete the project.
Dry Ice Cleaning
Industrial Systems performs industrial dry ice cleaning of frac equipment in the oil industry. We have cleaned over 250 frac radiators in North Dakota’s Bakken oil field using our state of the art equipment and skilled, highly-trained staff. This has resulted in more than 20 percent increased cooling efficiency in most cases.
